The Wild Rose experience started with a 10-minute wait for seating, despite only one other table occupied. The coke had a musty taste and a moldy smell, while the old fashioned was subpar, overly bitter. The blue moon on tap was served flat and warm. The nacho appetizer took a lengthy 30 minutes to arrive. The Smokestack burger was just okay. The Cosmopolitan resembled children's cough syrup with a purple flavor, but the skirt steak was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was forgotten, and flatware was self-serve from another table. All I could think about while I sat there was, where is Jon Taffer when you need him!!
