The most terrible experience for sushi courses. I spent nearly 30 minutes and experience lots of issues there.
1. The customer services is bad. The waiter not helping the customers to take order and can even lost our order, after we sent our order to the counter and hand it to them like we are working for them.
2. The sushi on the conveyor belt are highly exotic. The genre of the sushi are very weird, the topping of the sushi are very cheap and not fresh. Some of the sushi are even looking like lacking of toppings. The tamago are sliced very "professional" in which the tamago is very thin.
3. The fish genre sushi are not fresh. The salmon and etc sushi are served with thin slices, and the fish are not fresh. The texture of the fish are very terrible. The sushi slices are even not being cut in a well manner. The fish topping are like puzzle, which puzzled me as well.
With such 3 points, I highly recommended others not to visit here. You are most welcome if you wanted to enjoy some freak show on the conveyor belt, with cheap prices.
Last but not least, even some road stall that sell sushi can perform better.
Some waiters are ok, some waiters are terrible. I make complain on this sashimi, 1st waiter give me an ignore. 2nd waiter ask kitchen and replied "kitchen said this is normal." Then i request to change it to any other sashimi for me. Again Ignore. Wont visit again. The attitude and service both not worth the price. And seriously? this is normal? zzzzzz salmon sashimi is less fresh too. tuna sashimi is ok.
If there is zero star as an option. i will rate it.

Membership is fake. We were told members get 5% discount. When making payment, they added 5% onto the sushi we order (i.e., price $2.8 became $2.95) before deducting 5%. Feel cheated. Would not visit again.

There is room for improvement. If it’s not for food, I don’t even want to give it 1 star. The food is good,Repeated inquiries about orders make me very upset.Some waiters are good but others have very bad attitude.
Serving is slow. Probably due to the CNY crowd or short of staffs, I don’t know. Many tables left uncleared. But they lost our order after we’ve waited for almost 1 hour. Tried to reorder but so many options unavailable anymore.
We gave up and left.
