Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Had the southwest burger and it was delicious. Had a smoky flavor that felt like it was cooked on the bbq grill. Low service score cuz they were understaffed. We had to go to the bar area to get drinks and place our food order. They did deliver and were so apologetic. Had a good laugh over it. While I really do like this place, they need to get more staff. Sadly, the norm now is waiting 15 minutes for drinks and having to almost hit a server to get anything else. Absolutely horrible bar. Sat in a tournament for 4 hours and the waitress asked me to deliver a soda when I went to the bar to ask for water. When I complained I was verbally attacked by the waitress and the other employee was of no help. I will not come back. There were a couple extremely drunk people at the bar knocking things over and nothing was done about any of it. I was uncomfortable because of a drunk man hitting on me and being obnoxious. The man who ran the pool tournament aggressively hit on me and I had to ask him to leave me alone several times. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped in The Trough to order some takeout on Thursday night, sat down at the bar with a Bud Light while I waited on my order and I wish I could've stayed and eaten. Not only is this a great local bar and grill, these guys do not stop working hard here, which I HIGHLY respect, because they're service is impeccable. I ordered their Mama's Grilled Cheese, and I believe it was their Rib Brisket, which was for the family. And I ordered their Sliders and Bacon Burger. Needless to say, they were all Awesome! 😎 People that come here are fun, great to talk with, helpful, and 'chill' as the kids say. It's not a loudmouth kind of atmosphere here at all, which makes it more welcoming. My family and I will be back spend some time here. I hope to get my buddies out of their homebody comfort zone one of these days and take them here too, especially when there's an event going on! Very well done! Monday night castrophy, went to support Dave B playing & waited over an hour just to order drinks & over that long to get them , then another hour to get our food then out of burger buns . My friends waited even longer , very sad that mgmt doesn't know how to schedule staff or order food inventory. Over 20 people in our party , all at 2 rows by the stage /dance floor . Asked yo speak to the Mgr. But conveniently not on duty at night , think when you have that big a crowd he'd be working but guess he doesn't care about customer relations onlyvhis pay check . We'll think long & hard about going back next Monday night, our Eldorado Estates group support Dave B , he's our neighbor besides being a great entertainer . They never staff enough people for rushes, so if there's a few cars in the parking lot be ready for a wait. The food is sometimes ok. Heavily depends on what you order. Word to the wise, the "Sonoran Dog" is unrecognizable. They take their regular hot dog, on the regular cheap white bun, and put a piece of bacon on it. And then give you a cup of honey mustard on the side. I told the server to tell management they need to take Sonoran dog off the menu and make it "add bacon". The fries are ok. Waited 10 minutes before they took our drink orders. Then left after waiting another 20 minutes to take our food orders. First and last time will go. If you're not a regular ordering a bucket of bud light this is not a place for you. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Service: 1

Hubby wanted mushroom Swiss burger but out of Swiss. I had sourdough burger that was supposed to have Parmesan crusted bread but it was just toasted sourdough. Burger meat tasted 'old'. Stopped for dinner before going to a concert and it was not a good experience. Service was very slow and we were there 20 minutes before we got a beer.
