Great place for Big Island Brewing. If you want full bodied ales, stoutn Belgian, or bold red, this the place on Hilo. Very friendly bar next to a good looking restaurant. The BIB Red Sea of Cacao is not your usually red ale; much more like a porter. Yum! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly, this place really did not work for us. It looked really nice and busy from the outside but the food was just plainly bad. We got a chevre flatbread, garlic shrimp and ahi carpaccio and they were all barely edible. The carpaccio had so much soy sauce you couldn't taste the fish at all. The flatbread was strangely sweet and covered in an inordinate amount of rucola.. staff was kind but very busy and it was hard to get their attention. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Pretty decent spot. Prices on menu are not consistent with other menus. It seems like they are going thru price hikes. Two menus on my table had different prices.
