Atmosphere was what you would expect from a sports bar. Visiting from out of town, we sat at the bar promptly greeted by a bartender. Service was fine, the food was exceptional. Not above what you would expect from your typical Bar. The bartender recommended that we have the quesadilla as an appetizer, and we were certainly not disappointed. my wife had the BLTA it was huge and quite good. I have the devil’s Philly. It was also not disappointed. The soup was beef barley, which was probably the highlight of the meal. If you’re in the area, you should definitely give them a shot. It's the Tavern and is a community staple. It is a go-to place for so many people. It can be fun and loud and a great meet-up place. Food has been good and bad over the years. I was there seeing friends over the holidays and the food was really good. The Appetizers were, anyway.
