About
Having seen Front Street, it's time to have a rest at this pizzeria. Spanish cuisine is a must-order one at The Tasting Room. That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked pizza Margherita, tuna and prosciutto. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good liqueur, wine or whiskey. The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Low prices at this spot are good news for its clients. You will certainly like the pleasant atmosphere and fine decor. Google users who visited this pizzeria state that the most suitable score is 4.7.

Visited for the first time during Restaurant Week and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Jim was very charming and attentive, making my friend and I feel very relaxed and welcome as each course was served. I chose to add the optional wine pairing and my friend enjoyed their Lady Lavender cocktail which I tried a little sample of. Our drinks were delicious, the wines complementing each dish perfectly. We learned Jim is also the sommelier and curated the wine selections for the menu. He definitely did an excellent job. I started the meal with the Octopus that was cooked perfectly, very tender which can be tricky. She had the Lamb Arancini and joked it would difficult to eat regular meatballs again. We both had the Morel Bisque and raved about the creaminess and how flavorful it was. Entree for me was the Scallops, again cooked perfectly and the Lobster Risotto was amazing. I savored every bite, wishing I could have another serving of the risotto. She tried the Veal Osso Bucco and commented how it was the best way to try a dish for the first time. She even had a bonus taste of bone marrow. The only miss in our main dishes was the Blue Cheese Polenta. Her Lemon Blueberry Butter Cake and my Creme Brulee were the perfect ending to our experience, both just enough to satisfy our sweet tooth. We both plan to visit again and try their regular menu and will be recommending our friends give this gem a try. Great service and the whiskey selection was awesome. Filet mignon I ordered was cooked rare perfectly however the grade of the meat was as tough as a sizzler. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had never been to the TR so went for restaurant week. Our waitress Kalli was great but we were not too impressed with the food. My burrata was excellent. Morel soup was tasty but not even warm and my ravioli was fried and hard to cut. Nice environment and location though. Edit: having gone a few times now, have gotten a weird vibe from someone who is either the owner and/or the manager. He glared at my friend and I walked up to the building. And then after we were seated, he went around greeting all the other tables in our section except for us, and the only differentiating factor is that we were the only non-white people there. Definitely has given me pause about deciding to return. — I know it’s putatively more about the drink options here but the food is fantastic! Lots of great small plates to share, favorite so far is the baked Brie. Got the smashed strawberry drink which was lovely, not too sweet. Wish they had more non alcoholic options for non drinkers. Looks like they had a good variety of seating so can see this being a good place for groups. Especially if you’re looking for unique cocktails and wine. Think our waiter was a bit put out that we didn’t order multiple drinks… Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I absolutely cannot believe I have never reviewed leelanau cellars before. This is my favorite winery on the peninsula. The wine always hits and you cannot top the staff. I enjoy every single vist over the past 18 years. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
