Ate here on the 21 April 2023 at 9:30 am onwards. ●One of the best coffee shops around.Ive been to quite a few and none of them come close to the quality, service and atmosphere the steaming mug has. ●The food is absolutely delicious and packed with flavour, from any of the breakfast options to the flapjacks or savoury flapjacks to the sandwiches. The food items on the breakfast ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. ●The milkshakes are also super good,I definitely recommend having their milkshakes, creamy, smooth, textured and packed with flavour. ●The coffee is well coffee, cant really say anything on it other then delicious as every cup of coffee is anywhere. ●The atmosphere itself is always buzzing at this place, its always packed with customers. ●The service is top notch, staff makes you feel like family and checks up on the table all the time ●If you are in the area,I highly recommend giving them a try,you will not be dissapointed. What a beautiful intimate dinning experience. The owner has put so much into making the cosy dinning area a real comfortable home away from home. The food is remarkable and good portions that after you are finished you feel so warm and full. Beautiful decor and wonderful staff. Such a pleasant surprise. No one bothered you it was just wonderful. Best place we have been so far. Had a burger today was to die for. Everytime we come we descover something better. Best service friendly owner and staff. Our favorite place!!! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch
We were not at all acknowledged when we went inside. And the lady just flat ignored us after seeing we're not sure what to do or where to go. After waiting a while we just went to a table and sat down. Now, I wouldn't have mentioned it if it were done with everyone coming in, but it was literally just with us. We ordered our drinks. My hot chocolate was really good. I really enjoyed the marshmallows that were a little melted from the hot chocolate. The spicy Chai tea I tasted from my friend was also nice. We had the steaming mug hamburgers. It was delicious and I would recommend this. The chips were crunchy on the out side and soft in the inside. Something a lot of places struggle with using that type of chip. My friend took one take away for her husband. My mother in law had the chicken mayo and finished it.. Which is huge. She toasted chicken mayo was very good. Forgot to ask for a bite. Will definitely go again to try some other options on the menu and I would recommend this place to friends even though the introduction was a bit weird. A hidden gem. Clearly the locals know this. As we sat outside they kept streaming in. Tastefully decorated, this coffee shop reflects the values of the owners. Each day they are providing more than coffee and cake (more on this). They’re serving a community with a place to meet, to talk, and to connect with each other. Our breakfast was prepared exactly to order, tastefully presented (I would add a touch of green) and with friendly service from Liz and Irene. The carrot cake we ordered as takeaway came with more than a single helping - thanks folks. This spot ticked all the boxes in our hunt for smaller, non big brand places to have breakfast after a parkrun. Thanks - till we meet again.

It's always a pleasure going there. Infact it's my number 1 stop for a cuppachino and snack. Love the service, the atmosphere created by staff and owner. Lovely little farmhouse style cafe! Just had the best Red Cappuccino and their normal Cappuccino was equally impressive. Their cakes, scones and sandwhiches look to die for! The breakfast food is a little oily so that was a bit of a turn off. The staff was great, the decor was quaint and cute so I would highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, excellent service and good wholesome food. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100
Fantastic service, everyone was very polite. It's a quaint and cute little place with reasonable prices and unique menu items.
