The Skinny Pancake is right up there with being one of the best breakfast spots in Stowe! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out, specifically if you love crêpes: that’s what this restaurant is known for! We have been here multiple times (and other locations) and have always been very happy with our meal. You just order at the counter and the food comes out very fast - it’s perfect if you’re just wanting a quick breakfast before you head out for the day and explore Stowe/Smuggs/Waterbury or beyond! It really doesn’t matter if you choose a sweet or savory crêpe - we’ve had both and they’re always excellent. And they even have gluten-free crêpes as well, which is awesome! Our favorites are the Hot Apple Crumble, Blueberry Pie, Lovemaker (add strawberries as well), Johnny Crepe, K-Pop, and Apple and Brie! All in all, fantastic little restaurant, and one you definitely need on your list next time you’re in Stowe! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
