Sort of a dive bar (which I like). The bartenders (owners) were very friendly, as were the customers I interacted with. I had the Chicken Dumpling soup, probably the best I ever had. It was packed with dumplings and they were delicious. I don't live in Cincy, but will go back to Shamrock whenever I'm in town.
