This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast and just to enjoy a good meal. I very much appreciate and love their homemade food. The service is truly awesome and even the folk that go there are nice and easy going. Always have good convos. with. So, what in getting at is just go , have a relaxing food time with good people and great food.

The Runway Cafe is a local spot in breakfast open from 7am-1pm and serves a great breakfast. This was my first time here after passing it many times over the past 20 years. It is literally on the runway of the Woodlake Airport. When you come in and sit down, you know you are there with the community. From local farmers, ranchers, families, and more, the runway cafe caters to all. The portions were very big as well. I ordered the combo with 2 pancakes, w eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon. As you can tell from the picture they have plenty of parking for your small plane and for cars. The bathrooms are outside of the restaurant, and it makes sense to have the outhouse.....outside. the runway cafe had good vibes, the waitress was awesome, and the cooks were friendly and on point with their food. Now when you are coming into Woodlake you will see the sign for the Cafe and you kuar turn ledt like you are going towards the hangers for thr planes and the take the fork in the rd ledt again and it takes you right up to the parking of the Cafe.
