The prices have gone up and the quality is so poor. Bought donuts to take to work and they are stale and extremely small and look terrible. I was too embarrassed to even bring them into work for my staff.. Sucks bc there is no other donut shop on this side of town.. see picture below.. quality is poor!!! And to be stale at 6:45am.. terrible!!! I got glazed and chocolate donuts. They look burnt and not even like a donut really. The quality has never been so bad at this location either... Hope they get their stuff together!! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
A old time donut shop. Huge cinnamon roles :) and taste donuts. I’m not a fan of Hurts Donuts. Keep it simple and classy like this place!

Donuts are good. Customer service and transparency not so great, not always. Today the prices charged for our food didn't matched their current menu price posted by the window or online. Taxes charged were not shown on the receipt and there is an additional 4% fee charge for paying with card, not visibly stated anywhere. I was charged $6 more than what had calculated. I asked for a receipt to check it out and it only showed the amount charged. Under tax charged, it stated zero. So to have a piece of mind I drove back around to the window to ask for a breakdown of what all I got charged. The person at the window seemed annoyed from the getgo I was even asking. She quickly said prices had gone up, but hadn't been changed on their menus yet. Still, things didn't fully add up, she quickly said what all I got charged only by stating the amount I paid. Speaking quickly and seemingly growing annoyed. She started speaking out loud for everyone inside to hear her, almost purposely. Drawing attention to me at the window, asking her to tell me what all I got charged. I asked why she was raising her voice? I told her everyone was starting. She didn't care. Didn't tell me how much she charged me individually. I drove off and never coming back. The receipt says "owner" under server who helped me. Wow!!! If she was the owner, she behaved like someone who didn't care about her business. Very unprofessional. I asked for 2 dozen donut holes $1.50 doz ($3 overall) 4 chocolate glaze donuts $.85 each 5 sausage rolls $1.65 each but she gave me 6 for $9 This all comes up to $15.40 she never told me how much tax was but I got charged $22.14 and horrible behavior from the window person
I debated between 2 or 3 stars. I went with 3 because I want to support local businesses. I came here years ago but all I could remember was I didn't like the donuts. Maybe it was a bad day or something, but I couldn't remember why I didn't like them. So I decided to try them again. The selection is limited. Mostly basic donuts. I asked if they had strawberry glaze donuts for my kids. They didn't have any but she did say she would make some up quickly for me. I didn't see any kolaches out, but they did have some in the back. Service was quick and friendly. The flavor of the donuts was not great. My kids didn't like their donuts unfortunately. The kolaches were not sausage but a cheese hotdog cut in half lengthwise. An all-around disappointment.
You know a place is good when it’s constantly busy, and this place was BUSY. The donuts were fresh and very delicious. I will say the icing job was a little messy lol. But still so yummy!
