Never give order to a lady standing there. I gave an order of chai and asked her specifically for "meethi chai' but she forgot to tell the counter and we received cold chai without sugar. And even after that she didn't give us any sugar to add. Her behavior was rude. Management should tell her to pay attention to customer rather her phone.

A good place overall.
Shisha order being must for all visitors did not appeal me.
Food is merely basic and services such as the snooker table does not have essential equipment.

Place is very good, view is amazing but their service is so bad, they brought our stuff after like an hour plus we asked them like 10 times to change the songs and everytime they said they were gonna do it, they never actually did. Also the lift doesn't work. If anyone wants to listen to mujra music then its the place.
