Very dicrimitive to our age, no service what so ever, rude staff and we signed a waver saying not to be loud after 10 o'clock, but they had activities running past 12 am. Was looking for a peaceful retreat and didn't receive it. The pool and hot tub where locked and closed to guests staying because they had activities going on the particular weekend we stayed. All and all will not return. Its ran buy a conglomerate of homeowners that just want the tax wright off and say its a rental. When its really a summer home for millionaires.
Nice place. Beautiful area. Use to camp there when it was Chain of Lakes.

I visited as part of a large group for a week. I highly recommend this place. While the cabins feel like a rustic getaway/escape, modern conveniences are available should you desire or need them. The retreat center offers a variety of activities to engage any size group or family size.

Stayed in the Jane Long cabin 5th to the 8th. Awesome experience, beautiful scenery. The service was great. Kids had a blast. The lakes are full of life..lol Good fishing, seen lots of gators, and raccoons. Lots of birds. The gators don't bother you while canoeing. Overall I would highly recommend. This was a great experience. We will be back!

Went 9/8/23 for a reunion. We were blown away at the care the staff takes to make everything perfect. The food was great, the grounds are well kept. Everything functioned at it should. The cabins were impeccable. Bike trails are clean of debris. Pool was perfect temp. Everyone we encountered was polite professional and courteous. We felt like the king of the hill. I can not say enough. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You Wyatt & crew! -Semper Fi-

Artesian Lakes is great. Our family loved the fishing, swimming, hiking, etc. However, we stayed in the Zoller Point cabin and were very unhappy with the lack of cleanliness. This is our 2nd time to stay in Zoller Point. It was clean when we stayed last year. When we arrived this year I went to the potty and immediately noticed the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The sink spigot and the counter behind the sink had toothpaste on them. The other bathrooms were just as dirty. One of the bedrooms upstairs smelled awful and had obvious stains on the comforter, of which I won't say what it was. It smelled dirty too, so we had to wash it. The room also smelled extremely strong of mold. We understood why when we looked up at the ceiling and saw that it was covered in black mold. The ceiling in the upstairs gameroom was also covered in black mold as well. The cabin was dusty beyond words. I get that it's in the woods, but not dusting basic furniture is unacceptable, especially for the price we paid. The floors were filthy as well. There was even old food under the couches. We could see standing dirt on the floors. Based on our trip this year we would definitely NOT recommend Zoller Point. Perhaps one of the other homes use a better cleaning service.
