I had the ribeye. Pretty pricey, I had to send it back once cuz it was raw. But once it was cooked properly it was good, but still not worth the price in my opinion. Service was average Service Dine in Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Best meal we had while visiting Jackson Hole! Highly recommend the bone marrow and the buffalo steak brought out on a 600° salt slab was to die for!! Great atmosphere, friendly servers (Julia was great!) and delicious cocktails rounded out the experience perfectly! We had such a nice meal here at our hotel. Starting, our drinks, bread and butter were awesome. I loved loved the seasoned butter they bring to the table with the bread. I had the pork tomahawk and it was amazing. Best pork I’ve ever had. Waaaay too much but so delicious! Brussels and potato’s were also great. My husband loved his steak. Our server was very attentive and helpful when choosing our meal. Highly recommend! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Had the Wagyu burger with sautéed wild mushrooms. Very good. Juicy and tender. The fries were too … something for my taste. Others might enjoy them. Caesar salad was frankly a little bizarre, kind of deconstructed and not the typical Caesar dressing taste. The bread was very nice, but I’d advise asking for regular butter rather than the strange mix they brought to the table. Our party of 6 made a 7:15 reservation on a Wednesday evening in October. It's a small, intimate restaurant with only a handful of tables. Our server, Cost, was the only server on duty. He did an excellent job of taking care of us. The steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Filet, & Bison NY Strip) were excellent - perfectly cooked and allowed to rest before serving. Only complaint lies with the bar service. We all ordered mixed drinks, but the bartender seemed more interested in chatting with his friends sitting at the bar (literally the only 2 customers at the bar). On each of the 3-4 rounds of drinks we ordered we were faced with a 10-15 minute wait. Otherwise it was a great dinner with a great server. We will visit again. Only attended the bar, but cannot wait to try the Tomahawk steak. Daigle is the mixologist. Order a Boulevardier. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
One of the best meals I've ever had! FYI-the sides are enough for two when you get al-a- carte steaks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had such a lovely celebratory dinner here last night! The service was wonderful, thank you to Kat, who made the evening so special! We took in the atmosphere as we enjoyed the 10 ounce bison New York, cut on heated Himalayan sea salt, the delicious salmon, lobster mac & cheese on the side—all washed down with Wyoming whiskey. To top the night off, we had the skillet cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top—the perfect compliment to the perfect meal! Thank you for such a great experience! This place was such a disappointment. My Wife and I were in Jackson to celebrate our Honeymoon and we absolutely wish we skipped this place. The $50 cancellation fee would have been well worth it. The host greeted us and did say congratulations on our honeymoon, which was nice, but then promptly seated us in a cubby hole of a table next to the only other patrons in the restaurant. It then took 10 minutes for our waiter to come, who didn't greet us, didn't say hi, no pleasantries, just said "Drinks". When i asked if they had a specific type of gin, he just said "No". he didn't offer suggestions, which would have been helpful since the table I was at didn't have a view of anything other than a wall and i wasn't aware of what sort of options I had. We split a salad and a steak because we didnt want to spend more time there than we had to. The food was just ok and I'm fairly certain by splitting the steak, we didn't get the fully amount. The kicker is that they charged us $6 to split the salad and steak without ever mentioning it. I know those aren't the priciest complaints but it would have been nice to know. The customer service was about as bad as I've experienced for a fine dining spot in a really long time. Take your business elsewhere. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
