My fiancée showed me this shop. We stopped in last night and had a couple of coffees. I tried The Serenity. It is hands-down the best drink I have ever had in my life. We ended up talking with the owner for over an hour after. It is such a great experience, and I think we found our new spot. It was a wonderful time! The absolute best place to get a coffee. I ordered online through the joe app and instantly got points for signing up. The coffee here is decently priced but tastes like nothing I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is wonderful and the customer service is more than amazing! I will be a frequent returning customer! I ordered “The Proper” with half and half. This visit was my first time coming to The Proper Library & Coffee and boy was I surprised in the best way possible. I had a rough day I already had a red bull and nothing was lifting my mood. (Not to be dramatic, but fr) I’am over several restaurants we have 11 in total and I am directly over 3 so I definitely would love to enjoy a good cup with good service as we are in the same industry and customer service and quality are so very important to me. When I stopped in today I was immediately invited into a warm cozy atmosphere. Everyone was so positive and eager to help explain their menu and recommending a drink. Also going the further mile to explain if you download the Joe app you will receive discounts and other promos may be available. I was so pleased to make the decision to stop by “The Proper” today as immediately my mood and spirits were uplifted and the coffee is chefs kiss. I will frequent this business and recommend all coffee lovers to do the same! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
