I ordered lunch from the Picket Fence in Hope Arkansas and it was really good. I got the club sandwich and Zapp’s voodoo chips and I also decided to get a mocha caramel iced coffee. They have quite a bit to choose from. Right now they’re stocked up with a ton of Valentine’s Day goodies. They also have yummy cupcakes and some grab and go items like pinwheels and fruit cups.

Table cloth rentals for my wedding were not satisfactory. The table cloths were delivered to the venue in a storage tote completely unlabeled and wrinkled. They were not labeled as to what size the cloths were so you could imagine how frustrating that was when I had 20 table cloths to dig through. Most importantly, the table cloths were wrinkled beyond belief. The owner informed me that the table cloths were not ironed or steamed as part of the rental. She instructed me to find a steamer at the venue and steam them myself. This was super inconvenient considering I had rented 20 table cloths. For $200, they should all come ironed and labeled appropriately. Super disappointed.

My brother who lives in Texas ordered flowers and cupcakes for our mother for Mother’s Day. They delivered the flowers around 11 am. When my sister in law called after my mom had sent a photo at 2:30 pm she informed us there were supposed to be cupcakes with them. So my sister in law called the picket fence and explained that there was supposed to be cupcakes and the lady who answered said that they would deliver them today. Well she called us and we told her they hadn’t been delivered. So around 3:30-3:45 she called back. The lady who answered the phone stated she was the owner and asked what she was supposed to do about it. Now that is no way to run a business especially when this order was from out of state. We are not sure if we will use this company again.

This place is amazing!! I went in with a vague idea of what flowers to get and they wowed with their creation!! Will definitely be back anytime I need flowers. They also have a nice selection of home decor.

Excellent floral designs and customer service. They offer such a wide variety of products and services. I use them for all my floral needs and they also handle all my cakes for special occasions. Talented, friendly people!

Very friendly and helpful staff. From flower arangements, table cloths, and tuxs to a beautiful cake with the most equisite taste they helped make my wedding as close to perfection as it could get. I have had many custom cakes made by them and they never disappoint. Highly recomend them.

A good place to get home decor and beautiful whatnots, but made with love. Many of the items are handcrafted. The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is now one of my favorite places to shop. What a great shopping experience!

Very Yumy cupcakes especially the salted caramel ones & the cake they made my daughter for my birthday was so awesome it was the perfect Seattle Seahawks cake I Loved it!

I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this so called OWNER again!!! This place is very rude and unorganized! Because I ordered a 10 dollar vase I was the least of this OWNER concern because she had thousands of others orders that she was more concerned about and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back for her to tell me that she was the owner and was not going to listen to someone who has an attitude because I asked if my order had been delivered because my boyfriend gets off at 2 and it's 155pm as I write this right now and my order is yet to be delivered after I paid for delivery! I would have asked for a refund but she wasn't trying to hear that. It's 201pm who knows if he has the flowers yet! It's a shame how someone has been in business for a long time and because of a stressful holiday CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT THE WINDOW Bc of a 17 dollar purchase!!! I wish I could give a lower score! Please make sure your order is more than 20 dollars or else you will get treated like trash!
