What an amazing place anywhere, but especially in southwest Georgia. You won’t believe your eyes!! Hearty food and drinks, friendly service!! They are new and what a terrific, brave and bold addition to Sylvester. Well worth the drive to detour that way. What a wonderful experience to be able to visit The Palace restaurant in Sylvester GA. Incredible atmosphere, super cozy and what a beautiful story from the owners who built it themselves. Every detail is very incredible and perfect. Sweet MaryAnn who donated the books made the place more chic and welcoming. The incredible menu I tasted the Beef Stroganoff and it was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return and enjoy the full menu. The owner has a unique education and is super open to talking and sharing all the details of the wonder that he and his husband built together. What an unforgettable experience we hope everyone will have the opportunity to visit this wonderful and unforgettable restaurant. The service is amazing. I am really in love with this place. Had reservations at 7:45 that they called and pushed to 8. We finally sat down at our table at *9:20*. What in the world is the point of a reservation?... Entirely disrespectful and greedy of the owner to take walk-ins when reservations have been made. I was starving. We didn't eat until 9:50. We ordered spinach dip that came out fairly quickly but the sweet waitress was *clearly* overbooked as well. The food was extremely salty. There was a surprisingly uninteresting menu and presentation for the atmosphere. Incredibly disappointed to read that multiple people have had the same experience as well as the entire dining room that joined us last night. Absolutely wonderful place to come and dine!! We were met with smiling faces and amazing attitudes. The decor was stunning and the food most definitely matched it. The fried ice cream was the best dessert you Will find in any surrounding areas. Overall wonderful time, wonderful place and the management were well wonderful!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
