How does this place only have 2 reviews?! All flavors are amazing, the pastry is flakey, never soggy, and never dry. Literally the perfect strudel.

This place is my Holy Grail of Strudel. They make great stuff and when they are at festivals within a couple hour drive near my home I will be there. The strudel is made so well! They do it right as they put a lil powder sugar attop the pastry... some places sugar icing the top and it ruins the pastry by making it soggy... they don't ruin the pastry... The pastry outside is fluffy, nicely layered with lil air pockets, crisp, and delicious. So much so I always want the end peices cause of that lil extra pastry where it's pinched shut. The fillings are delicious The cherry is just right; lightly sweet and slightly tart" perfect balance to the pastry. The cheese is so nice as it has a filling that has that wonderful dull creamy dairy feel on the tongue while being lightly sweet and most importantly it's not an oily cheese filling like danishes.... It's so good. The pumpkin is my wife's favorite and has become one of mine too... normally I'm not a pumpkin season kinda person, but the reason I love this pumpkin is that it's like a homemade pumpkin pie filling that is not drenched in pumpkin spice. The real pumpkin flavor stands out and is creamy in the mouth and works well with the crisp pastry. Mouth feel is important, taste is important, and they have paired the filling types with the pastry perfectly. It shows a true devotion to doing it right. This craftsmanship of pastry has me wishing they were local. I just buy a whole strudels so I get two ends as I'm a bit of a pastry nut! If your ever near the store or a festival they are at. Do yourself a favor get the whole strudel of the flavor you like because any less and your gonna regret not having more later.

Had a variety of their offerings at the Wild Wind Folk Art festival in Warren Pa. Everything from the cinnamon sticks to the savory strudel were awesome. We brought home the Apple strudel, a spinach and cheese and a German sausage strudel all were delicious. We are planning the long ( for us) drive to the shop to pick up more to freeze so we won’t have to wait til the next festival.
