Went for my first time today at 11. The 2 ladies working were super nice and very fast with my order.
The meatball sub was delicious. 1 of the meatballs was overcooked pretty bad but it all had good flavor.
Bun got slightly soggy from the sauce but I did get it to go so it was expected.
Super cheesy and delicious. Definitely the best sub shop I've been to in the area. Excited to try the pizza sub next!
The problem with trying to get a Chicago Dog in Dallas-Fort Worth is that most places don't make them correctly. They won't use Vienna Beef, or they think "regular" relish is fine with an ordinary hot dog bun. The problem with Joey O's is that it's a long drive from where I live in SW Arlington! 😀
It was all there - down to the emerald green relish and poppy seed buns. The price is reasonable also ($4.99). I'll be back when can - a lot more often if you open a location closer to me. Thanks for the great hot dog and wonderful service!

For my first time experience, I was very impressed. I didn't know what to expect, but the staff was super helpful and friendly.
I had the infamous Italian Beef and I can easily see why it is a favorite. As I myself can see myself coming back for those alone. I will without a doubt be coming back for more as that Au jus sauce is simply amazing.

-1 star because they charge for a cup of water. Seems cheap when a sandwich is $13 or $14.
Edit: don’t know if I can reply, but it was just a clear water cup.
Seriously need to go here more. I stopped by one time after seeing a lot about it on facebook, so I swung in one time in between classes. Great friendly staff, great food, great prices. As I said I need to go back. The food is great and the prices are equally great. So I need to go and try more on the menu, but glad they are here in Parker Square. Keep on being great and awesome!
Just ok, but definitely NOT the Chicago style I grew up on.
I ordered an Italian sub. That’s usually a good go to classic, but It was on a weird bread, almost like a hot dog bun but bigger. Didn’t hold the sandwich together very well at all. Very little flavor even with all the ingredients.
Got Italian beef for the kids and they were looking at my husband and I like it was just “food”. No real reaction and that’s sad for Italian beef in Texas.
The main thing that bothered me, was we accidentally ordered mustard on the Chicago dog for my 4yo. She has recently said she doesn’t like mustard and we forgot. When asking the young lady if we had chance to change the topping, she said “it’s made and we can’t take it back. You can order another correctly if you’d like” I understand we made the mistake, but in good faith this could have been corrected. We established we were first time customers when we arrived and this left a bad first impression. We did spend $65 on just sandwiches alone, for 6 ppl and the cost and customer service made for an easy decision that we won’t be returning.

Cheese steak was the way I liked it. Good!! Broccoli cheese soup was horrible, way too salty and I can still taste it today. Wish them well, soup is bad. Tried to call and talk to someone before I posted this but couldn’t leave a VM

Wonderful sandwiches and hot dogs. Joey 's puts places like jimmy John's and subway to shame. I highly recommend it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciate the out door seating on a nice day. I wish they had more vegetarian options, like a vegetarian cheese steak type sandwich, and fresh mushrooms.
