The best omelette I've ever had in a restaurant. Everything we tried was delicious. Loved interacting with Chef Bobby and his team. The family sitting next to us was there a second day in a row and now I know why. Great food and terrific service in a friendly atmosphere. A must if you are in the area. Try the homemade hot sauce! Stopped in here for breakfast while we were staying in Wells. The portions were huge, and the service was friendly and helpful. My youngest demolished her Chocolate Chip Pancake (that was huge and shaped like Mickey Mouse and filled the container. The Rednecker Omelet was filled with a crazy amount of meat. I spoke with the owner briefly. Really friendly guy. I would recommend this olace to anyone, and if or when we're back in the area, we will definitely stop back in. We went to this restaurant based on the good reviews, and boy were we ever disappointed. Upon sitting down at the counter our first clue to flee should have been the person sitting next to me who was leaving nearly his full plate of food sitting uneaten. There were only three tables of customers, but it took us nearly 10 minutes to be served a luke warm cup of coffee and then quite a bit longer for her to take our order. While waiting for our Belgian waffles and crispy bacon, I noticed that behind the counter in the kitchen the cook was serving up “home fries” out of an open electric skillet that was being used as a warmer for the potatoes that had been cooked no telling how long before that moment. Those same potatoes sat in that open skillet with flies buzzing around it for the duration of our time there. Every now and then the “chef” would scoop some of the long worn out potatoes onto some unsuspecting victims plate. When plating our food, the chef pulled a pan of precooked, cold bacon from the top of a toaster and slapped a few pieces on our plates, then left the foil top open, also to the many flies buzzing around. Once we received our cold Belgian waffle with ice cold butter to put on it, I reached for the syrup and noticed a thick crust of old dried syrup all around the spout. There were other syrup containers on the bar where we were sitting, but each looked as though it had been a long time since anyone had bothered to wipe them down or clean them in any way. I ate my food, but it was just very mediocre. My husband did not eat his, and the waitress didn’t even question if there was something wrong with his food. I suspect she was accustomed to people leaving full plates, as evidenced by the person previous to us. We’ve never left a review like this, but felt that based on what we had read about this place that it was necessary to tell a true story and hopefully head others off at the pass before they waste nearly $50 on the worst breakfast we’ve ever eaten. We watched the sunrise on Saturday so decided to stop by the omelette factory on the way back to our hotel. The owner was there and was very nice and told us about his establishment. We did a to go order. I got the Kielbasa omelet and my husband got the corned beef hash omelet. The omelets were huge and very good. Went here cause 2 of my associates from where I work recommended it. Very happy one of my new favorite places in Ogunquit. Went here again on 8/26/2023 with my daughter and her friend on our weekend getaway. We got to eat downstairs close seating but cozy. As always never disappointed with their food. I got The Speedy which has chili, onion, pepper, sour cream and cheddar. My daughter got Rednecker which has sausage, bacon, ham, potato and cheddar Her friend got Chicken Fajita which has chicken, salsa, onion, pepper, american and sour cream. Best omelette I ever ate. We ordered vegetable jubilee and breakfast burrito. Vegetable jubilee was so good and came with little homemade sweet bread which was the best sweet bread ever. Chef Bobby is amazing!! Best omelette I’ve ever had by far! French toast is fluffy, tasty, and filling. The jam is so perfect in sweetness and flavor I bought some to take home. Bobby’s hot sauce has so much flavor and not just all heat. If you want a amazing breakfast, good portions at a good price you have to try the omelette factory!!! Cozy breakfast restaurant specializing in omelets (in case the name doesn't make that obvious). The lower dining area has an open kitchen and if you sit at the counter you'll notice that everything they prepare looks great and they have fun cooking. There are a lot of omelet options. However, the pancakes also looked great so I decided to ordered chocolate chip pancakes and a side of corned beed hash. The pancakes were great. The corned beef hash was just ok and looked/tasted like it commercially canned from Hormel or Libby's. My wife had the Lox omelet and she said it was great. Each omelet is prepared individually and are a good size. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
Absolutely recommend! Best Egg Benedict I've ever had. My family was in the area for a week. We had breakfast here twice. Would've eaten there more if we had found it sooner. The staff was great. Good selection on the menu. Go. Eat. Be happy. Our only complaint was that we couldn't figure out a way to get this place back home to Tennessee. Cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing breakfast, environment and prices! My family and I enjoyed every ounce of our breakfast, including my Argentinian fiancé who was able to get a true taste of an American breakfast. Kristen was a wonderful server! Definitely recommend!

Amazing food and can’t wait to come back. Service was great and the cook is great at what he does and seems to have fun while doing it. The homemade jelly is to die for. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
