About
brunch burger" was a joke. It was a dry burger patty with a few leaves of iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a single slice of American cheese. The fries were ok but the ketchup tasted like it had been sitting in the sun for a few days. Service: Wheel of Fortune. We sat down and waited for someone to come over and take our drink order. After a few minutes, we finally got up and walked to the bar to get a drink. We ended up getting our food orders in at the same time. The server was nice but seemed to be in a rush to get us out as soon as possible. He did offer us a shot on the house as an apology for the slow service, which was nice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. The food was mediocre and the service was subpar. Save your money and go somewhere else." The Olde Oak in Columbus is a great spot for a night out with friends. The atmosphere is open and inviting with large garage doors that open in the warmer months, creating an outdoor vibe. The decor is unique and rustic, and the murals on the walls are stunning. The menu offers a variety of unique options, including vegetarian dishes and 50 cent wings on Thursdays. The draft beer selection is decent, and happy hour specials make drinks affordable. Unfortunately, the service can be hit or miss. Some servers are attentive and friendly while others can be slow and unhelpful. The food can also be inconsistent, with some dishes being great while others are lacking in flavor. All in all, The Olde Oak is a fun spot for drinks and dinner with friends, but don't expect top-notch service or food.
