This was the first time eating at spaghetti factory in San Diego And let me tell you they did not disappoint The service was great, and the food was even better My dad recently passed away and this is where I would go for my birthday with him every year And since I just moved back to the West Coast after 10 years Even though my dad is not here any more. This is a reasonable place to eat. I like the spaghetti with sausage meal. Decent wine selection, and fair prices. I know everyone likes to give 5's for everything, but I have to be honest, food is good, but not memorable. But it is worth showing up and you will have a good time with your family here. The food was pretty good. Loved the ambiance of the place, absolutely gorgeous and inviting. Our server however, was not very tentative to our table. Had to flag him down towards the end. Our server never asked us if we wanted another drink or even offered water. We ordered the Italian sodas for the keepsake glasses. We were given new ones to take home which were wrapped in paper. However, when we got home, one of the glasses was damaged. The decal on the top was partially coming off. We were not actually given brand new glasses. The service team deserves a round of applause. They were quick, friendly, and not too pushy. I had the lasagna, which was fabulous. I would have taken a picture, but I had finished half of it by the time I thought to do it. The bread was a glorious beginning to the Neal. They have a good menu with a gluten-free option. We had a family dinner in the railcar. Our server was very pleasant and adapted to our needs really well. We asked for a set of discount coupons to be applied to our bill, but they were officially not allowed because of the holiday window. Between his efforts and his manager's efforts, they were able get one of them honored and this was well beyond what they needed to do. The food was classic Italian pasta with a variety of sauces. The menu is priced with an included small appetizer and the ice cream dessert, and this aligned well with our family needs. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had very little to take home as leftovers. The entire experience was good and we would recommend this place if you are looking for a good priced classic Italian experience with good, friendly service.
