I found the staff really friendly and the food very tasty. Personally I can't wait to come back soon. A very nice place that I recommend. Small note: next time don't leave the broom in the same place where people normally eat. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spinach Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce

Love eating in the trolley. Our server was great. And if you're going for the appetizers try the spinach artichoke dip. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Not worth the price, the sauce is the same served on everything including bread dip. The spaghetti looks like it's been sitting all day it dried out, chicken parm ugh chicken breast not breaded with the same tomato sauce topping as all other dishes. Not very good, the garlic cheese bread and the complimentary bread is pretty good thought but still not worth $20 per plate Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine
Great place for seating with a big group. It was my first time here and I thought the atmosphere and service were great. I wasn't terribly impressed with my food, but I also ordered salad and pasta. It's tough to mess up a pasta dish. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

01 Sept 2023 - 4.75 Stars I enjoy this franchise very much, first time to this location. My father was craving "Spaghetti w/ Brown Butter and Mizithra Cheese," so we drove the 45 minutes to arrive shortly after opening (Noon on Fridays). The food and decor were as wanted and expected. It's a treat for us since we used to go to The Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown Seattle back when he still lived in Washington State. The food was amazing!! The meat balls and spumoni were so good, but honestly, I could have eaten anything there. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sicilian Garlic Cheese Bread
Overall it was a pretty good experience. I love the atmosphere and ambience. The building and decorations are nice. Its fun that each chandelier lighting is unique though fits to the rest of the decor. We came to celebrate a high school graduation. We arrived shortly after their opening and came without a reservation for a party of 8 they were able to seat us quickly though its probably best to make a reservation when possible. We overheard that they accept so many reservations each day and then save tables for walkins as well. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. We were sat quickly and our waiter, Eric, was friendly and quick to greet us. He got our drink orders and some appetizers of Spinach Artichoke dip and Sicilian Garlic Cheesebread. I just got water though the other people at our table got Strawberry lemonades and fountain sodas. The server kept all of our drinks topped off. He replaced many lemonades quickly and kept my water full despite my tenacity to drain them quickly. We then ordered and shortly after food started to arrive. Our meals came with the choice of salad or soup. I chose the salad it was fresh and good however I would prefer more ranch. It also wasn't spun out very well so it was kind of watery and it made it lose some of its crunch. It had greens, cabbage, and carrots. My wife got the Minestrone soup. She liked it decently. We then got our entrees I ordered the Lobster and Crab Ravioli and my wife ordered the Garlic Shrimp Alfredo. We both really liked our food they had good flavors and the raviolis had a surprisingly good pesto sauce. It came with 6 raviolis with which everything makes a balanced meal that is a good portion but not super filling. The one complaint I had was a noticed little crunches in 3 of the raviolis that was slightly bigger than salt but smaller than sand. I think they might be pieces of shell. In one bite I pulled out a piece of I think the joints or crab cartilage which wasn't so fun. But the raviolis were good despite this. My wife's pasta was really good and we liked the shrimp and sauce. To end the meal we had Spumoni ice cream the meal also includes your choice of a scoop of that or vanilla ice cream. Spumoni is pistachio, chocolate, and cherry. My wife loves it, and thinks it's a better Neapolitan. I liked the chocolate it was very rich, the cherry was pretty faint, and pistachio even fainter which I was fine with because I don't care for it much. The texture was creamy. All in all it was a pretty good meal and had good service! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pint of Spumoni Ice Cream

I recently had a terrible experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory and cannot recommend it to anyone. In fact, I would give it a one-star rating. My disappointment started with the reservation confirmation text we received just ten minutes before our scheduled reservation, threatening to give our table away if we didn't show up on time. When we called to let them know we were only a few minutes away, the response was not helpful. Once we arrived, it was clear that the restaurant was running very slow. The bread we were served was old and stale, and the salads were clearly pre-made and sitting in the walk-in fridge for too long. Overall, the experience was a letdown, and I cannot recommend The Old Spaghetti Factory based on this visit. Save your money and find somewhere else to dine.

I took my son to The Old Spaghetti factory in Taylorsville, first thing as you go into this place is how cozy and eye catching every detail of the restaurants trolley station decor is, then your immediately greeted by the friendly staff and shown to your seat. We chose to sit in the Trolley right in the middle of the restaurant which my son loved. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball dish for my son while I went for the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were delicious and so was the side bread that came with the meal crunchy on the outside soft and warm on the inside. Our server was great checking on us and filling up our drinks as necessary. We finished of our meal with the Spumoni and vanilla covered in chocolate I e cream. Great place to get lunch before the heavy dinner crowd show up. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine
