The culinary experience was fantastic, and we were treated with such hospitality by the wonderful people there. It was especially memorable because we had the privilege of being on a private tour and were able to indulge in their amazing cuisine!

The food was delicious, the service was polite, and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely. Such an excellent reuse of the old mill. I would definitely eat here again if I were to return to St Lucia.

Fantastic food for such a good price. We’ve been 3 times, it consists of a buffet of salad, rice, noodles, stewed chicken and fried fish. The flavourings changed (e.g. creole chicken to curry chicken, and potato salad to green banana salad) and everything was delightful. The creole chicken is the best I’ve had on the island, having tried it in nearly every place we’ve been to. The service is great to go along with this we always had a nice chat with the lady there, included in the $12 (US) per person (this is very good for a meal per person here btw) is fresh tamarind juice, water, the buffet (where you can go back for seconds!) and banana and vanilla ice cream desert.
As mentioned in other comments the scenery is amazing too with the working water mill and it’s a great place to watch hummingbirds! One of them is an absolute poser so good for a pic too.
Wanting to address an earlier comment about the toilets, they’re perfectly fine now nothing special but big and clean so nothing to worry about there.
A really interesting restaurant, showing original sugar mill workings. We went there as part of a trip from our cruise ship, Despite the meal being a 'group' booking I thought he quality was very good, and included a vegetarian option.
Listening to the water mill fill up with water and churn was an experience worth repeating. Food was very tasty. Service was exceptional. Staff members were very accommodating and hospitable.

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Kreuzfahrt-Ausfluges hier. Das Essen war solide und es gab auch vegetarische Gerichte. Die Toiletten hätten etwas sauberer sein können.
Sehr geräumig, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft. Auf der Terrasse hat man ein besonderes Flair, man sitz quasi in der Natur unter Bäumen, Blumen und Kolibries.
