Called and placed an order for pickup. Said it was gonna be 10 minutes, nope. Waited 40 minutes. The atmosphere has a lot of tension. One waitress kept arguing with the host, saying how she’s gonna flip out. Extremely unprofessional. On the bright side, the food was good. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s a good place to get breakfast. Food is consistently good, but the service is consistently rude. We have had one nice waitress in the past 5 visits. Unfortunately the vibe from the staff is that they don’t really want to be there and customers get the brunt of their frustration. The inside should get some renovations as the booths are broken in some spots. I wish they would work on getting nicer servers who actually say hi to you when you say hi to them. Servers who wait until you’re done ordering before walking away. Servers who don’t give you attitude if you ask them questions about the menu. Customer service is the biggest thing that needs improvement besides the ripped and broken (very uncomfortable) booths. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have ordered through door dash twice and both time food is cold, poorly packaged. I ordered my steak rare which isn’t very hard to cook yet it’s well done every time as of the staff in the back can’t read, nor can they count it states comes with 3 onion rings you get two of you’re lucky! Great small town diner. First time here and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of food. One odd thing we noticed was the lack of salt in the food, which was a very good thing. Most restaurants seem to over salt the food. Our waiter was great and great at conversation. We will be coming back. Food was absolutely disgusting. It tasted old and nasty. Our waitress was complaining about being the “only server” of two other tables including ours. On top of that, she yelled out loud “I don’t even know why I’m a waitress” in an angry tone. This place is a complete dump. I will never waste my time or money to come here again. The food is amazing, good portions. Cooked exactly the way I ordered. Unfortunately listening to the wait staff loudly and three feet from our seats. complaining about, scheduling, customers, and boyfriends, was quite disruptive, and not conductive to an enjoyable meal. Won't return, cannot recommend Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was delicious and servings were plentiful. Coffee was always full. Standard diner experience but executed really well. Love this place! Sally is the best waitress ever! Food is fantastic. The Delmonico Steaks are perfect and the hot wings are juicy (not greasy). If you want to be treated like family with excellent service from the second you walk through the door, this is the place to go. The owners are very nice and hospitable too. They keep busy when things get hectic.Try the Schnecksville Club Sandwich!
