I experienced my first concert at this relatively new venue. The Rode Venue is fantastic for intimate live music! Every seat is good! The Astral Project Jazz Group put on a great show!
First time visitor when I went to a concert. Only one way into the facility which is unusual for concerts. But once the gates opened it flowed easily. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair unless you plan to stand. We chose to stand all night as we like to be in the front as close to the act as possible. Since we got there early we got front row seats and stood the entire time. The sound was amazing, the weather was pretty decent for mid July. I looked forward to attending another concert again.
Cool, eclectic, weird vibes kind of place. Definitely interesting and the building itself is cool. Has a Cafe inside and seating.

We attended the Larry McMurtry live radio show at the Momentary this Friday, January 12 and the show was excellent, well organized and the performers were all amazing, but our experience was a little marred by the cameraman standing in the middle of the aisle, blocking our full view of the stage. The performance was outstanding, but the obstructed sightline was disappointing. He was positioned at about row three so anyone sitting behind him had an obstructed view. In the future, please have him be seated or position him at the back of the aisle with a better camera ( I think he was shooting w a cell phone)

Extraordinary Event, Exhibit and Concert Venue with Bars and close restaurants and bike brewery.
I didn't get to be there for live music, but the large installation that is currently there is a fantastic fantasy scape. I also enjoyed some of the industrial installations they have. Some of the other stuff was not my favorite but I have a lot of respect and gratitude for their vision and what they are sharing with us and for making themselves vulnerable through their art.

A quicker walk through takes about 30 minutes to an hour, and the price of free makes this place a must-visit! Thought provoking for sure.
We did like this art gallery... It has a really cool old factory vibe to it plus it is spacious. There is plenty of space for big displays. There is plenty of staff which were very helpful. This is a neat place to explore. I did like the upper levels but think it needed another set of works because everything was really spread out. The little coffee shop was really cute. This would be a nice place to spend time to get to know someone or catch up with an old friend. It is very low key. Worth a visit in my opinion.

It's a more calm environment than I'm used to but the view and drinks make up for it. Our helper was very sweet and would explain every drink to us and make recommendations. My favorite was turn me violet.
Great interdisciplinary space. They were between installations but they did a great job explaining the vision for the upcoming exhibit. The property itself was also amazing. And, we attended a private reception at the Tower Bar which offered exquisite sunset views.
