It's very busy especially breakfast time so you might have to wait a few more minutes for the order but that's everywhere like that during the season, coffee I think they use Brothers Coffee Roastery's Coffee which is a top brand, they serve breakfast all day and there are lots of good items on the menu. Try it you won't regret

Lots of the people sitting here today is older people. A lot of them needs to use their cellphone torch to see what is on the menu. I did raise this issue with management before. Nothing get done about it

I enjoyed this little coffee spot in the mall.
Excellent, friendly and helpful service.
On the day I visited, I was very much in the mood to sit with a coffee for a bit. I was afraid that there will be no space for my trolley, the waiter (Nosi) did magic and found a spot for my trolley and for me where I can see my trolley and feel safe with it nearby.
I had the Beetroot Latte and a chocolate croissant. Both were delicious. Very rare for me to find a choc croissant like the Germans make them in Germany, with true melted chocolate inside. I found it here at The Merchant.

Poor service delivery second time around. Staff rather chat with each other and when being attend to they just give you the menu without even greeting you. We waited for so long and it was not the best coffee, quite tasteless. Should really work on your service delivery!!!!!!!! I will not go to The Merchant at Heiderand mall ever again.

Fairly priced, just love their pancakes.
Because it is a smaller restaurant, it tend to be on the dark side. I would suggest brighten it up with a lighter paint.
Definitely a place to visit, their staff and food warrant it.

I treated my husband with a Eggs Benedict breakfast and we had a lovely tea with milkshake. The service is very fast and professional given to us. We appreciate the smiles and the treatment we got.
