Went with a large group and had the place to ourselves. Service wasn’t as good as I would have expected being the only table, but the staff was friendly. Enjoyed each of the courses - French onion cheese was excellent. The land and sea gave a nice variety of great cuts. The s’mores chocolate was also delicious. For a 3 hour meal experience, the cost per person wasn’t bad. About half of the group had cocktails and it was less than $90 each. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food is just.. Amazing.. No other way to describe it. What a great experience. Our group of 20 got the big night out. This included 1 cheese fondue, 1 salad, 1 entré, and 1 dessert fondue. Overall fantastic it was our anniversary and our waiter made sure to make it as special as possible. Food was delicious, service was excellent, even though the drinks was strong. We made a reservations we walked in gave our name and was seated right away. (No Wait) Definitely will be going back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

Service was excellent!!! Zach was very attentive and informative. Made the process very easy for us. A bit more expensive than we realized - about $100 each with a drink and tip. It was a little challenging during the main course for us to converse, cook the food and pay attention to cook times. My favorite dish was the bacon parmesan salad. We came just because I'd never been, and it was an experience as well as a tasty meal!! They have lots of good gluten free options, and were very accommodating of my husband's many dietary restrictions, including that he can't have garlic! And the restrooms were clean and tidy. It might be good to get reservations, especially around holiday weekends. I want to give a special thank you to our server Nate. He brought our food promptly and checked in on us several times, even though it was busy. He was friendly and polite and just so nice! Our reservation was at 7pm and we left at 10pm due to slow service. First we sat at the bar to get drinks while we waited and the young girl behind the bar was completely overwhelmed with orders from the restaurant. We weren’t acknowledged for 15 minutes until we spoke up and asked if we could get drinks. It was painful to watch her, she was disheveled, stressed and about to cry. Other couples also didn’t have drinks for over 15-20 minutes. We finally get our drinks and when we were done with them we were given a bill and never asked if we wanted another one. So we paid and waited and waited. Finally our table was ready at around 8pm. Our waiter was an Indian young man who told us he was the real bartender but was put to wait tables. Our food took forever to arrive…for each course we had to wait 15-20 minutes. Was awful and ruined the birthday we were celebrating. Management is to blame. Our server was great. She was talkative and had a good sense of humor, plus she checked in at just the right times. The food was delicious as always. We did the 5 course NYE menu, and it did not disappoint. The lower rating on the atmosphere is because there was so much steam from all the fondue pots that my hair went frizzy like I was in a swamp on a 90-degree day. All the windows were fogged up, and when we left, steam poured out of the door when we opened it. It seems like they need better ventilation or something, considering this is a fondue restaurant, and the steam situation is not going to change. Other than that, we had a lovely time.
