It's been a while since the last time I was here and this time did not disappoint. The Wisconsin cheese fondue and the "Ying and yang" chocolate fondue were great. Someone at the next table was celebrating an anniversary at the next table and they put rose petals out for them. I love this place, Jayla was also great. The food was great! Staff was wonderful. We hadn't been back to this place for over a decade, but I'm glad we went. Every staff member we encountered was polite, and customer service oriented. We were given the booth we requested within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The food was well spaced, and it was an all-around comfortable and relaxing experience! The restaurant definitely needs to be updated, it's been the same for years. But besides that great service, fantastic food and chocolate fondue! Hosting Guy was awkward: After nearly a minute standing, with no other customers in sight, "Can I help you?" Me (thinking): "This is a restaurant. You can help me by giving me a seat--!" But I responded Yes, we would like a table. Then he passed us off to the female standing next to him. Very awkward interaction, as if I were unaware of my surroundings / out of place. Rubbed me the wrong way entirely. Apologies I forget our servers name. Nice Lady, Colorful Tattoos, Blond Hair an absolute joy and great with kids. She saved the experience and this review, albeit several weeks late. My family thanks you and we wish you (and your sons) the best! Wooden Appetizer (Veggie/Fruit/Bread) Tray seemed to have soapy, dishwater on it. Soured the taste of about half of the tray. Admittedly it goes unnoticed of dipped prior to eating but once you taste it--eating items without the fondue it can quickly kill ones appetite. Food was good. Dessert was good Customer service was a miss then a HIT. Could've been better but I would recommend. So long as the experience isn't worsen in any areas.
