We decided to try what we thought was a specialty sandwich place only to discover it was Denny's. Which would've been fine as we like Denny's but going to pickup my order was a hassle and ultimately delayed picking up my order which was cold. Now for the actual sandwich we ordered, it was very disappointing, hardly any meat and caramelized onions. Also giardiniera that came with it was sour tasting. Will probably choose to not order it again. Not worth the $18 a piece we were charged. I wish this review platform had a way to share photos so others can see what they get for the price Denny's charges.

It was mostly OK. I'm not from the area and the sandwiches looked delicious, so I was excited to try. I ordered the giddy up and I couldn't tell if there was actually cheese on the sandwich and there was not as much meat as you'd hope for a $14 sandwich. It still tasted good, but I'm glad I had a coupon for 50% off because I'd definitely rather pay $8 for the quality I got. My fries were also cold which is a bummer. I'm not saying to NOT go here but just be aware that the sandwiches are a bit lack luster in person.
It would have also been nice if there was anyone to call to make sure I was in the right place. Google says it's located in Dennys, so I get that, but there was no indication that The Meltdown was inside besides what google said. Considering it's by other restaurants and shut down restaurants (meaning a lot of addresses in a small area) it would have been nice to even have a sticker on Dennys door so that someone, like me, who doesn't know the area was able to find it easier.
