We would visit the location about once a month. We stopped because, in a handful of instances, we waited a decent amount of time in line to order and for our drinks. We noticed that when friends of employees would come in to purchase their order, they would override ours, and they did not have to wait the lengthy amount of time we did for our drinks to be ready. They did not purchase online. They purchased at the store and that I witnessed. After about the 5th time I saw this happen, I decided I would never be going back. With that said, I hope the new boba location opening up treats their customers fairly.
