Stopped in for lunch the other day and it was great there is no inside seating but there is covered outside seating Boardman lake is basically across the street so you could always eat there. I got the turkey club and it was amazing also got the mac and cheese and grilled cheese both were really good definitely will be coming back!!

Simple menu, typical of your Amazon/Whole Foods kind of food portion, price and taste. Salad is a little overpriced but tasted fine. I don’t tip for pick-up only for service…so you’re likely not going to get any napkin or utensils :) but other bags were getting it. No seating. Customer service is nothing above and beyond but for this style and type of food service that is normal. For a small business this is where you stand out sometimes. No thank yous. No greetings. No smiles. Hairs not pulled back. Just something local if you opt not to support the neighborhood Panera or similar.

I ordered delivery of 5 turkey dinners over the past two months and it was so amazingly delicious. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, and multiple cookies both chocolate chip, and chocolate no bake. The cookies were huge each about five inches across and very thick. Everything that I ordered was so delicious.

I ordered my usual wonderful MAC ATTACK which is Mac & cheese w bbq pork on top. This was not wonderful. It was dry.. I got it to go and tried to add butter, milk and cheese to loosen it up. The macaroni seemed a different brand maybe? Smaller elbows and just not the same. The add ons helped a little. Disappointed.

Th Kitchen has some really good food. I like going for breakfast because it's ready in 10 minutes. Eggs bacon potatoes toast to go is only 8.95$ plus tip not bad. The prices for ready made sandwiches and meals are a bit high but the food is good.
Great food! I had a problem once; just one time. They forgot a sandwich. It was fixed with a phone call and DoorDash while the kid and I weren’t feeling good.

I called The Kitchen to order for a work event. They were courteous and helpful. They had everything ready when I needed it. My family stops in several times a year and everything is always so good! Their grab and go section is top notch.

If I was just rating the food I would give this 10/5 stars. I love the food it's super tasty it looks nad tastes fresh and I recommend this place for that alone
But,Good luck getting the meal exactly how you ordered. I've gotten one order here that was correct. But I don't really judge them for this tbh
However! What I ma going to take my stars down is the fact everytime I walk in to grab stuff off the al carte, EVERYTIME, I get glared or sneered at by the employees. I do not feel welcomed inside for some reason. Idk if it's just how their faces work or what but it's weird.
I have avoided this place in the past even when I wanted to for their amazing bread purely because of how the employees make me feel.
I get working the service industry I used to do it for years and it sucks but I've never ha a coworker or myself sneer and make faces at customers just literally walking in then immediately leaving.
I hope whatever makes the employees feel this stressed works itself out because I really do like the food.

Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! Thanks again for a great lunch and a great experience!!
