Visiting this bar with a pleasant view of Community Arts Center will be a positive experience for visitors. To order perfectly cooked bacon, haddock and bisque is a really nice idea. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters offer tasty Brezeln here. It's time to degustate delicious beer, whiskey or martinis. Get your meal started with great coffee. The James is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Adequate prices are something that should be noted about this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our party of 10+ enjoyed The James bar vibe over their dining vibe, but the food we did have was very good. The environment is warm & welcoming whether it be morning or night. We had a blast, and honestly the bartenders both Friday & Saturday night made our experience top notch! They were conversational, knowledgeable of the area, friendly, easy going, funny, and overall the high-light of our stay. They handled our large party with ease and respect. We were definitely loud and roudy and they adapted to that 💯 and made our stay pleasant. myself and a group of friends spent this past weekend in Williamsport for a pool tournament and we stayed at the Holiday Inn, and this bar was located inside the hotel. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in the area (it is open the public, you don’t need to be a guest of the hotel to access the bar/restaurant). We had both breakfast and dinner, and all of the food was excellent! However our bartenders, Billy & Hunter (aka Jimmy and Jessica) were absolutely FANTASTIC and I give them all the credit for the great experience we had. They were very attentive, super super super nice, and so much fun. Billy is a funny laid back guy, and Hunter will make you the best lemon drop martini you ever had! I’m staying in The Holiday Inn Express and ordered room service from The James. A simple order of chicken wings (crispy) and a house salad. The food was delivered on time and was excellent. The wings - perfectly cooked. Not too crispy and not rubbery. Well done, well done indeed. The house sale was equally excellent. Their Lemon dressing is delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5
