We came to the restaurant for our 35th anniversary we ordered steak and roast. My steak came out very raw on top of a massive amount of mashed potatoes. The steak was bleeding on the mashed potatoes. Most chefs would never serve food like that. My husbands roast and potatoes was cold. When you come into a restaurant and pay 5 star prices you expect the highest quality food and service. They corrected the meal and stated the thermometer was not working correctly. Appropriate etiquette would have been to offer a free glass of wine or dessert but nothing was offered. This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we are amazed at how great the food is! It’s definitely not your normal(boring) every day food. This is all made, cook to order, with love, and a lot of knowledge. These people are amazing too! Great service, great food and drinks, along with a beautiful setting, this can not and will not be beat. We will make the one hour drive from Farmersville to have more food from here.
