Our party of 3 had dinner at the Dining Room on the only evening we stayed at the property. We were seated at a table in front of large picture windows overlooking the salt flats and mountains in the distance.
We ordered the Fried Pickles, Caprese Salad, Chipotle Basil Pesto Pasta, Flourless Chocolate Torte, and Prickly Pear(?) Lemonade, and enjoyed the food, the service, and the setting. The House-Made Date Bread was delicious. Large portions; the three of us could have easily shared one order of pasta.

Amazing staff really helped make an unfortunate incident better. Ended up having serious car trouble while touring,,, could have been worse, limped into the parking lot of this establishment... will spare the details ... suffice it to say, grabbed dinner, enjoyed it. They rushed the order through and were very accommodating... still working through the car issues but thankfully staff again were extremely helpful. Waiting for a $700 taxi ride back to LA. This is one fit for the journal tonight when I get back home.

These reviews are ridiculous. The food was excellent. We had the crabcakes and then the chicken and short ribs. All were fantastic. Yes prices are high and service can be a little slower but what do you expect all the way out here..would definitely go again.

Went for dinner, and it was basic but with quality ingredients. The service was top notch. Not the finest meal you will ever have, but a competent 4-stars.
