Just ordered the cafe mocha hot. Had a girl walked up to my car and took my order. I prematurely tipped thinking the service would fast and efficient. After about 10 or more mins waiting at the drive through, when I finally made it to the window, I was asked what can I get for you. I stated I already ordered. Her reply was, did you pay? I stated yes. And she proceeds to confirm my order. I stated yes again. While the other girl who took my order was I guess making my ordered, I’m asked if I want a stopper, coffee bean and a coffee sleeve since it was hot. I answered. Yes. When I finally got my drink, the drink was very milked down. Almost essentially hot milk with chocolate powder. I’m so irritated with the quality of this drink. Essentially no coffee whatsoever. I want my money back. This is not what I ordered. I will never ever come back here again.

First time here, although coffee was pretty good, tried taking a break from Starbucks and your staff was just rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Not a good way to gain a returning customer. Might give it another chance in the future.

Not sure what is happening, but I'm seeing a decline in the overall experience here. The Human Bean is becoming really corporate and it is having a negative impact on the store and its product.
I have noticed a big decline in friendliness and service, everything feels rushed and stressful. And I have noticed a decline in the quality of beverages, they aren't quite what they used to be. And worst of all, the rewards app has been updated to the point of being completely useless. I haven't earned a single point or reward since the update, and there seems to be little that can be done about it. I just keep getting referred to a corporate hotline.
