Good coffee. I did the drive through. Glad to see the menu at both the ordering kiosk and a lil before that. Helps reduce delay due to indecisiveness.
Just one gripe. I got the hot mocha. But it came very diluted. Not sure if their standard mocha is supposed to be made with 1% milk. Perhaps asking that during the order helps. Coz in most coffee places their default is whole milk
Great coffee, food is pretty good even if it is kind of generic coffee shop food. Always friendly servers who make sure your drink is done how you want it. I only go to 2 places to get my wife's morning coffee and they remember me when I come in. That's good service.

I am a Huber driver. The lady apparently acted racist. He gave me an open straw at my order and put trash in the cup holder. I didn't realize until I was delivering my order.
I have coffee 2 or 3 times a week including a 5 or 6 cup order every Thursday.
I ALWAYS receive good to great service. Whoever is training their staff I great. Special shout out to Kaylinn

I order an Americano somewhere every day, so I know what they are supposed to taste like. I was there today and the Americano tasted like water. Rather than volunteer to make it over, she argued with me that in fact it WAS made correctly. I'm sure she's a girl boss and all that, but I choose to not return.
I love the seating and the atmosphere it's relaxing with a cup of Fresh Coffee ☕️ 😌☺️

Mocha Granita
The barista gave me a frozen pastry. Asked to have a not frozen pastry so they "warmed it up" and gave it to me still frozen. Would suggest figuring out your heating settings or not selling completely un editable food.

Update: Something awful was added to my coffee this morning on August 6th for the very first time that made me very nervous and paranoid, my trust in this place is betrayed. I somewhat lost my sense of security with this place which was disheartening and disappointing. Whatever substance they added turned my urine a really ridiculous shade of neon green/yellow. Didn't like it, reported to my doctor and the health department. Manager wasn't available to take my feedback. Worker took my message to relay the first thing to Manager on Monday morning. I still love the atmosphere though. For that, I deleted photos. My review is open to interpretation without pics.
I've been to this specific Bean Location a few times now and the building is larger than most and had an actual posted drive thru and menu to start. The prices aren't clearly listed, but the baristas are usually nice and tell you if you ask.
I don't go for these products often as I don't particularly like coffee and don't have the money usually, so when I go and treat myself and they get my interesting drink correct, it makes me so ecstatic and really starts my day off right! 😝
I quite enjoy a little conversation with my drink, and the particular visit I'm reviewing for; my barista was extremely friendly and happily conversational, as it's really awesome to have a friendly smiling face, and one so willing to share some kind words to start off my day wonderfully. 😁😋🤗
