Normally I love going to this location.. and I’m there several times a week .. however this last time I believe will be the last time .. my husband bought me a gift certificate for human being, and it even said it on the gift card however, this last time the girl decided to repeatedly tell me they don’t take those cards even though it’s a human being gift card argued with me told me I was wrong and then I had to pay for my drink, even though there was still money on my gift card. What happened to customer service? Normally they are great but this last time Was awful! How are you gonna tell me that you don’t accept your own gift cards Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
