Young lady at the window on 2/26 around 9:00 has a bit of an attitude and when she handed my my espresso beans they spilled on the floor and instead of grabbing a new bag that has been weighed out to 4oz she instead tosses 2 beans in my bag. Mind you the bag was not as full as they usually are there was still a bit of room in the bag for more. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Used to be a good location but it seems they've struggled to find hires besides young teens and the coffee is always burnt now. The boba is horribly undercooked every time too. The food is decent, and the workers are always friendly and kind, just don't really seem to know what they're doing.
