I’m not a fan of American food, but my wife is an all American girl who loves meat and potatoes. Well I got the Chicken thighs and wow it was so flavorful. The waitress was nice and sweet, I will say I was pleasantly surprised. We opted for desert and the cheesecake seemed like it was double the regular size for $7. The remodel is nice, if you see some old reviews come and give it a try now it’s really good

The new remodel is fantastic. The hosting staff was wonderful. I love rosemary but wasn't a fan of it in my breakfast potatoes so I didn't eat those after trying a few bites. It's a very strong flavor.
The country fried steak battering and frying was fantastic! I want to go back and see what they do with fried chicken! Just a warning, I am more sensitive to salt so it was a bit salty to my taste, I think most people wouldn't find a problem, and it was still delicious, but if you are sensitive to salt, be forewarned on the batter taste.
The Scone Benedict was awesome. Getting a good hollandaise is HARD and the chef at the Hub nailed it! Flavor was buttery and delicious, without the overpowering vinegar or lemon some other places (including my own kitchen), sometimes tend to get. Send me your recipe!

we LOVED the special cut of the week, pretzels and the crispy chicken thighs!! the owners are so kind and welcomed us back when we came in again the next day. (THANK YOU) the atmosphere and design of the restaurant is beautiful and cozy too. Definitely check it out!!

The patty on rye bread with sweet potato fries was delicious! The service was a little slow when we were there at a busy time but overall good. They’ve redone the place really nice. The breakfast menu looked really good, but is only served until 11:30am.

Wanted to try out the new hub Cafe. It looks nice inside very clean and good vibe. The wait was only about 20 minutes so not bad. By the time we got seated it wasn't as busy. We waited almost 15 min before anyone came and asked about drinks. We ordered and it took almost an hour to get our food. We weren't in a rush but that's way too long. I ordered a Philly cheese steak omelet with no hashbrowns and a side of bacon. They brought it out with hashbrowns and bacon that was far beyond crispy. My friend ordered a burger medium rare and it was well done. The food was good overall.

We ate at The Hub tonight and it was 10/10! The pomegranate salad was perfection. The cedar plank salmon with brussel sprouts was better than what I recently ordered at Sundance. My family loved their burgers and roasted chicken as well. I’m gluten free and there were tons of options for me. What an awesome addition to our community!!! 👏👏👏👏

Stopped in here for breakfast on our way back to Salt Lake. It was so good. I ordered the country fried steak. The gravy was fire, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The parking lot is a little small if you are in a truck or large SUV. Great place to stop for a cozy breakfast or brunch!

I love the atmosphere of the new Hub. The place was bumping, with great service and excellent food. We had the Braised Short Ribs, Crispy Chicken Thighs, and Half Roasted Chicken. I recommend for dinner, and we can’t wait to have a family brunch there soon!

The food was amazing! The country fried steak was made in house and fork tender! The scone was fluffy and cinnamon butter was flavorful and even better than I remembered. The place is so clean and the decor is wonderful. The new Hub will definitely be our regular place to eat!!
