About
Eating perfectly cooked tuna pizza, burrito bowl and ramen is a nice experience here. Many people come to try good ice cream, asida and waffles. Delicious wine is the best drinks of this bar. Here you may order great bubble tea, ice tea or thai iced tea. The House Of Poke with takeaway food is good for those clients who like to have supper in a hurry. The staff is pleasant that's what makes this place so nice. Visitors say that the service is fine here. You may be impressed with average prices at this spot. The fancy decor and peaceful atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. As for the Google rating, this bar achieved 4.3.

Recommend: beef bowl (gyu-don), karage bao bun* , poke bowl Good: white peach milk tea, mango tea Ok: sushi burrito Note: Containers are not microwave safe so keep that in mind if you order something hot and take it home Karage bao bun gets an asterisk because the chicken was juicy but there wasn't really much batter (maybe just a light dusting of flour?) so if you're looking for a breaded crust on your chicken, this is not it. I got the beef bowl without the egg and over sushi rice and I think it was my favorite The sushi burrito looked like all the filling was dumped in the middle and it made everything easy to fall out. The burrito doesn't have any paper wrapping so you have to fight with it to get the bite. I love a sushi burrito but I think it's wiser to go for the bowl. I always support a make your own. While the name on "the spice is right' is very cute, the actual combination was not my favorite. Portions are good, but a fair number of up charges for different ingredients, I guess because kani (fake crab) is not considered a protein. The tea was tasty. The white peach definity tasted like real tea and not bubble tea powder but they don't prompt you for sugar level and ice level (on me for forgetting) and it was pretty sweet. Very hip atmosphere. Maybe instructions or a sign for what to do with the eat in trays and dishes would be good We liked it enough that we will be back, but not enough to go regularly. Hands down the best poke bowl I ever had. So many varieties of toppings. My mouth was bursting with various flavors. You can't go wrong with this place. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came close by to a doctor’s office and stopped by. This place was amazing. Great poke bowls and they also serve halal chicken too. We got two build your own poke bowls and the chicken teriyaki cooked bowl and the coconut cooked bowl were great options for the kids who prefer cooked meat. They also have bubble tea! Very interesting kitchen, sushi lovers would be happy, lots of fish dishes, need to try few item from menu to get a taste. Overall great experience, nice tellers who is explaining and guiding thru menu as for new custumer it may be a little confusion. Would love to come back and refer, prices not cheap but very honest. For a light healthy lunch perfect stop.

Stopped in randomly the first time today and was not disappointed. I couldn't make a decision and the woman who took my order was patient and helped me narrow down my tastes to the perfect signature bowl. I also ate an order of Poke Nachos. All perfect, I couldn't be happier with the service, portion of food and most importantly the taste! I will definitely be visiting again. UPDATE: This review is 3 years old as I am combining reviews from an old account. I have visited multiple times since and would still recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I ordered a bowl, the coconut shrimp bao buns and the sushi tots. I’ve actually never had such disgusting sushi in my life. The coconut shrimp bao bun had imitation crab in it. Smelled rancid and looked old. The bowl that we asked for some extra sauce in was actually drowning in sauce the rice was swimming. And the sushi tots were not good either. Quality of fish isn’t good which makes sense why their prices are cheaper. Wouldn’t come here again. Service was nice and friendly. Location was clean and tidy. Decor is nice and hip and lots of options to choose from on the menu. Lots of items on the menu, many ingredients to choose from for poke. Can also get some specialty snacks as well. Only thing I didn't like was furikake fries as they were too salty and crunchy to my liking but my sister liked it. Forgot how expensive NJ taxes were so definitely went through roughly $45 in total for 2 people. Boba tea was not so exciting but fairly priced. All in all definitely recommend. I’ve been to a few poke places in the NYC Metro area, and this is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The fish is fresh and melts in your mouth. It has actually spicy options (I find that most places offer low levels of spice). The unlimited toppings with the build your own bowl have great variety, and so do the proteins (which include unique choices such as baby octopus and shrimp tempura). Service was quick. I’ll be coming here again, especially with so many delicious-sounding offerings like the Krabby Patty special, sushi tots, and other appetizers.
Poke was good. Burrito good. Sushi pizza not so good. But overall good. Biggest negative was they charge a "Delivery Fee" of 2% for dining in. I guess it's a forced tip. I need to respond. I didn't pay by credit card. I paid by cash. So they clearly charged me a "credit card" fee (per owners response) even when I didn't use a credit card. Went with my hubby and couple friends - cool restaurant. The food is a unique new age style twist on Japanese food and sushi. Ingredients were fresh and a lot of options and variety to pick from. Will definitely be going back to try more things on the menu! This was my first time trying a sushi burrito and rolled Thai ice cream.
