Unfortunately as is reflected by a lot of low rated reviews … terrible management and hosting. They don’t take reservations so rely on 1-2 hour waits during busy rush hour where they prioritize four season guests (which I am fine with but for the tables that sit empty in anticipation of the guests that may or may not come but you have a full set of mountain folks). Food is delicious, drinks are phenomenal, understaffed but like most of Jackson the servers are phenomenal just limited to deal with sheer volume. FS, you can do better on volume / prediction management. Pretzel is a must, beer cheese is out of this world, beet and arugula salad is delicious, smash burger is out of this world. Ultimately food is not lacking. Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cheese Dip
This cute pub within The Four Seasons Hotel is a fun place to meet and eat after a fun day of skiing. Lively bar that serves good apps. My favorite app was the ricotta spread with drizzled honey and red peppercorns served with crusty country style bread. The wings had a little kick to it that hit the spot. It’s a family friendly place too. We enjoyed sitting outdoors slope side. Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cheese Dip
Boozy Hot Cacao is the best treats before noon in Snow Storm climate. Excellent table service. Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were shocked by how bad this was and how disappointed we were. We are staying at the Four Seasons and arrived today, so we wanted easy. I’m in a travel Facebook group, and a few people recommended this place. When we walked in at 7:20 pm, it was loud and kids were jumping up from their tables. There was food and trash (straw wrappers, etc) all over the floor and under nearly every table. It did not have a pleasant smell. I ordered the trout and it was mediocre at best. My son ordered the kid’s steak and asked for it medium rare and arrived well done. Our server was new but was so polite and apologetic. They took the steak off the meal, as my son filled up on fries while waiting for a new one to be cooked. Very disappointing experience, especially for the Four Seasons. Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Inside the four seasons where everyone outside the hotel can have a bite and drink. View of the the ski slope. Ella the bartender makes the most delicous drinks I've ever had. Jack and hunter were very attentive aldo.. try the trout dip and burger is phenomenal. Cool place to check out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We visited in March and ate here for lunch everyday. The French Dip is the best! But we also enjoyed the nachos, pretzel, potato soup, and pork tacos. Love the Mini Caballo and Jackson Mule for drinks. The view of the slopes is great. And Jordan was the best waitress!!!
Very good food and drinks but pricey. It's tough to get a table here from 11-1 so I'd recommend making a reservation online. The staff was accomadating and friendly, I would say a little slow for my taste. The other downside is the tap water is not very good, but that is being picky. The atmosphere is very chic and modern with a great ski lunch spot feel. Recommend the truffle Mac and cheese probably the best I've ever had.
Very busy place to visit for lunch during the peak season, but the food is very good and they have a decent selection of drinks and craft beer. I had the "Handle Burger" and it was absolutely delicious. If you are thinking of ordering the nachos, be ready to share the portion is huge!

Please do better with training and management oversight. I have been here so many times and it just seems to get worse. After missing my table because my phone number was taken down wrong I was rudely told it happens and I had to wait. Your host stand is consistently chaotic. They are busy up there yes, but there is absolutely no sense of hospitality. My food came out wrong twice, and I ran out of time so I never got to eat. No silverware, napkins, menu shortages etc. Server handled all that was thrown at him well, but come on upper management, this entire experience, despite JH staffing issues, is unacceptable for a Four Seasons and a Michael Mina restaurant. Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
We ordered the pretzel and cheese twice, the first time was a little hard but the second time it came out soft and fresh, with a nice crisp outside. The Ceaser salad is the most flavorful ceaser I’ve ever had! It has wonderful little grinded crouton flakes. The fish and chips were deliciously flakey and not too greasy which I appreciate. The cheese steak sandwich was AMAZING. Very flavorful. The jalapeño definitely adds a kick!!
