Very friendly staff and very good quality! It’s nice to have a gluten free bakery nearby finally. We ordered a cheesecake for thanksgiving this year and it looks amazing.

Amazing little bakery! I purchased a menagerie of goodies because I was so excited to be able to eat baked goods that I didn’t make myself. Every single item was delicious and fresh. Will definitely be back!

Just stopped by the new Guardian Bake Shop, dedicated gluten-free bakery!
They had egg free, dairy free, low sugar options and of course it was all gluten-free.
My husband, who has Celiac’s Disease, is very sensitive to any gluten and was in heaven having his first (in his words) “actually really good fresh made (not frozen) donuts since 2008.”
He said the crueller was better than what he remembered from his wheat days.

Everything is gluten free with great vegan options, including an amazing German chocolate cake! We also had the maple mini bundt cake and classic sour cream donut - both excellent, tasty, and great texture. The owners are very friendly and also gave us some great travel suggestions as we were passing through Idaho Falls. We learned that they have only been open three months. I’m sure they will continue to make delicious GF sweets for years to come!
Omigosh! It's so amazing to have a dedicated gluten-free bake shop that makes delicious treats like The Guardian! It touches my heart this couple cares that I and others like me can still have the experience of choosing a treat, rather than settling for what we can have. This place is amazing! Just walking in, the smell makes me want to cry because I haven't been to a bakery for ages since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. I have loved everything I have tried, but the blueberry and old fashioned donuts are my favorite. Thank you so much!

This is a gluten free bakery. That said -they are still the best bakery in Idaho falls! One would never know they are GF! Family owned and wonderful to work with when getting a treat or ordering for an event!
My daughter and I got several items, the first we ate was the pumpkin roll. The roll itself was decadent and light with the sweet cream cheese frosting being the perfect offset. These were delicious. I can't wait to try more!

Oh my goodness!!!! I never thought I'd ever get such delicious gluten free pastries!!! They always have a great selection of special diet goodies, and I have even pre-ordered my favorites. Yumm yum...
