I've visited multiple times with my husband, and I love their pastrami sandwich with the bacon and banana peppers. It's one of their best sandwiches. Me and my husband and I visit often on a regular basis, and the gentleman is always very kind and respectful and everyone else. They always make you feel welcome. Thank you for your service. Where to start...A longstanding deli in south Bethlehem. The food is great, the quality and variety is first class and the owner is the one making the sandwiches...if you are hungry stop in, the food to price ratio is stacked in the customers favor. I went to the Gooseman because I was in Bethlehem for work. The line was long but they kept it moving pretty quickly. The guy behind the counter there was nice and recommended that I try the organic. It was incredible! I will be back next time I am in Bethlehem. Probably the greatest sandwich place in the area. Breakfast Sandwiches for the lowest prices legal in the state. The list of possible Sandwiches and hoagie is infinite, all written on paper plates and random signs around the place. And remarkably, they seem to know evert creation from memory. (I can't even remember what is on the sandwich I am ordering). They must be geniuses.
