The staff never introduced themselves. Just walked up and asked what we’d like.
The charcuterie board was good.
Chicken Alfredo was a huge serving.
I ordered the burger, medium.
It was well done and the driest burger I have ever had. Took 3 bites and pushed it away.
Edit : the staff did take off the $ for the burger and they offered to remake the meal. So even tho it wasn’t great I do appreciate them taking responsibility for their mistake and offering to make me a new burger. I will give them another chance at another time.

Nice ambiance is good for large parties or intimate dinners. Excellent food, nice plating and accommodating staff. Violinist played for hours she was great. Have been there a few times will be back for sure.

Oh my gosh! Stahhhp! This place is spectacular! Didn’t know what to expect from the outside, saw some cool reviews, they do this place no Justice! Great customer service, inviting ambiance, great music, and the food was incredible! Had my hubby’s birthday brunch there and I will be a frequent guest!

A very nice bar and restaurant. High class food and a super-friendly team. They have live music on a regular basis. I had the Wagyu Burger with fries. One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. I also enjoyed a pomegranate margherita. Two thumbs up.

I love coming here, it’s such a fun but sophisticated atmosphere. They always have a beautifully inspired dinner from a great chef, and after 10pm the dining room transforms into a dance floor! The crowd picked up pretty quick and the DJ kept the vibes so fun and energetic. The only person who didn’t seem to be having fun was the guy behind the bar so I kept a table with a server, Shayna, and she’s such a joy to be around. She’s very knowledgeable of their beer and alcohol, made great recommendations, and was super proactive with our needs. Sometimes it felt like she was reading our mind bc she’s just that good. I 100% recommend stopping by anytime!

Truly amazing dinner. We have a party of 9 and they made it special. Every meal was perfect. Steaks cooked exactly as we ordered and delicious sides. Our server was attentive and fun. Definitely go see them!!
The food is amazingly great. I enjoyed every bit of it. Service was awesome; the waitress was accessible, polite, and attentive. The music vibe was cool. There was an annoying, inebriated woman I didn't care to interact with. Overall, I'll be back.

Surprising little corner restaurant. Last minute couples date night for 5. Service took a minute to warm up, then it got going and was very good. Helpful, fun and attentive. Food was good, many options on the menu, drinks were strong and good. Prices were fine. Also had live music (wish I remembered his name) which was great, and not to loud.

Slight confusion in getting here (1st Time) as it's located in the corner adjacent to a gas station storefront. Once you park & go inside...let the good vibes roll.
The full-service restaurant & bar is bigger than what you anticipate. There's a quaint VIP (I presume) area to the right as soon as you walk in. The sprawling bar is donned with luxe lighting fixtures & decor with dedicated High-Top Bar tables.
Food-wise, there's a lack of options for plant-based eaters. However, their website does have a "Vegan Menu" page coming soon. With the proactive Carly on my side, I ended up with the Smoked Eggplant, tomatoes & garlic blended into a dip of sorts…it served its purpose. The menu is varied with lamb, ribs, poultry & seafood options - good portions & matchable prices. Extensive wine & cocktail options.
Acoustic Soul was the live music for the evening, a two-member cover band who did their thing with a diverse setlist.
An enclosed sidewalk patio will make its debut soon. Parking is available in the storefront parking lot & other options across the street.
I highly suggest The Gaslight for its creative collection of live music, dancing, libations, late-night dining & Brunch amongst a luxe & speakeasy lounge backdrop.

OMG! This is a GEM folks! Gaslight Bar & Grill is close to downtown Roswell area. If you blink, you'll miss it. This is definitely where the locals go, if you get my drift. Ambiance is so good. Food was exceptional, each and every bite. Every bite was hot to the touch, so sit back and just take your time. Staff was superb. This is the spot, just go and try it. They did not disappoint!!!
