I love going here but I just had an extremely bad experience. I was buying a product that was half off. Tina, the cashier, accidentally rung it up as full price and I didn't catch it until after I swiped my card. Tina put in an "adjustment" and said the "change" shown at the bottom of the receipt would be credited to my card. It was not. I let the payment go through fully on my bank app before calling in. Gabrielle, I think her name was, was nice at first and understood my frustration. She was going to issue the refund until I told her an adjustment was showing on my receipt but I never received the "change" from it. She said my receipt on her end now showed that I wasn't charged fully and made it sound like I was lying about not getting my refund. I told her again that I did not receive any credit back from the purchase and she got very snippy and rude with me. She said she would just issue a refund anyway and completed it. I said thank you and she said "mhm" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, maybe train your cashiers to pay attention to the barcodes because it literally said 50% off on the barcode! Gabrielle needs trained better on her customer service. I will not be returning.
(Lost my order). I ordered flowers online with Linton's Feb. 14 for delivery to my wife at work Feb. 20. I received an email confirmation upon ordering. While calling Linton's the day of delivery to ask a question I was told they never received my order and couldn't look it up using the very confirmation number they provided. Their excuse was their computer was "off" when I placed the order even though I received a confirmation via email. Linton's eventually found the order and a resolution was agreed to, however, had I not called to ask a question the day of delivery my order would have gone unnoticed.

Usually we love this place however we didn’t have a great experience today. We got there at 6:15 and immediately when we walked in an associate told us they close at 7 so be sure we are done by then. Then we walked into the store further and another associate said, “we close promptly at 7.” We walked in a little further and were told once again that they close at 7. At this time it was 6:18. We realized we were not welcome so we turned around and walked out. It really is too bad people don’t understand friendly customer service anymore. We will not be returning.
Garden center, decorations, gift shop, and cafe with a lot of charm in Elkhart. The large shop contains a large variety of holiday decoration and knickknacks. There’s a large garden center indoor/outdoor that’s decorated like a small town. Curiosity’s and topiary’s abound outside. There’s also a petting zoo and a variety of Childers activities for purchase.
The cafe has a good size menu of sandwiches and some entrees. The food was great and staff were very friendly.
