I was really looking forward to trying The Fish & Chip Co in Middelburg, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying.
The most glaring issue was the chips; they were undercooked and felt almost raw, lacking that satisfying crunch you expect from good fish and chips. Moreover, the portions were disappointingly small, not providing good value for the price.
Another major letdown was how overly oily the food was. Both the fish and chips were drenched in oil, which not only made the meal unappealing but also overshadowed any flavors that might have been there. It’s a pity because I had high hopes for this place.
In summary, my visit to The Fish & Chip Co was a letdown with its raw chips, small portions, and overly oily food. I hope they can address these issues for a better dining experience in the future.

Like to buy the same size popcorn except for this time we got almost half of what we always get. Unfortunately you first have to pay and if you are dissatisfied you don't get refunded. And when you speak with them about it they just glare at you as if you are speaking a foreign language.
