My sister and I had such a fantastic experience at The Finn. As soon as we walked through the doors we were instantly mesmerized by the majestic mountains and the beautiful view of Prescott. We were immediately greeted warmly and lovingly by Debbie, the hostess. Debbie is kind, friendly, joyful and open and the three of us hit it off right away. My sister and I could have spent the entire evening chatting with Debbie. Our server was Stephanie and she was excellent. Stephanie was friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous. We had the fig and burrata appetizer, a Cobb salad and the pear salad and everything tasted delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the Finn. Do yourself a favor, take the time to visit this amazing restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at The Finn restaurant on Saturday night. So impressed with bartender Heather and hostess Debbie. Debbie is a ray of sunshine when you enter the restaurant. She has a naturally friendly way about her that draws you in. Heather was very helpful with wine selections and menu items. She has an infectious smile and easy manner about her that is hard to find these days. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My son and I visited this five star restaurant yesterday. When we walked in we were greeted by, Debbie P. the hostess. She was a ray of sunshine, most welcoming! The wait staff were all very attentive and professional. Then, the food arrived. I congratulate the chef. Everything about my entree was excellent; the quality superb and expertly prepared, very eye appealing. Every entree I saw coming out of the kitchen appeared to have the same attention. The best restaurant in all of Yavapi county! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna Burger
While the menu choices are not like your average restaurant, the food, atmosphere and view are excellent! The prices are not what you'd expect from such a nice place either. The lemon cake for dessert... Mmm Mmm!! Not to sweet and not too lemony. Well worth the visit, if only to check out the scenery and have a drink at the bar. Oh... and when you leave the tip, use cash! Wait staff have to pay taxes on tips, if you add to your credit card, which decreases your % and their wages are already too low. They'll appreciate it. =) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
"A Disappointing Birthday Brunch at The Finn" I am a firm believer in the idea that every dining experience should be memorable, particularly when it comes to special occasions. Regrettably, my recent visit to The Finn restaurant in Prescott, Arizona, was memorable for all the wrong reasons. We had planned a Sunday birthday lunch, and having perused their online menu beforehand, we arrived with our taste buds tantalized and ready for some hearty cuisine. However, we were met with an unexpected surprise. Despite their online menu showcasing a variety of lunch options, we were informed by the hostess that they had changed the menu and were only serving a limited five-item brunch selection. The inability to order something as simple as a salad, soup, or a hamburger was a significant letdown. It felt as though our anticipation had been built up, only to be deflated upon arrival. What added salt to the wound was the hostess. While she was pleasant in demeanor, she was quite unaccommodating when we expressed our disappointment regarding the limited menu. As we sat in our seats, trying to adjust our expectations, we noticed an alarming trend. Food was being returned to the kitchen repeatedly. We witnessed this happen six times, after which we stopped counting, our worry about our own orders superseding our curiosity. After a lengthy wait of 49 minutes, our food finally arrived. To call it underwhelming would be an understatement. The dishes lacked the vibrancy and attention to detail that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. They seemed hastily put together, as though no one in the kitchen cared about the impression they were making on their patrons. One particular low point was the poached egg. A correctly poached egg should have a runny yolk that adds richness to the dish. However, the egg served to us was cooked in a ramekin in the microwave, resulting in a solid yolk. This was a clear sign of laziness and inadequate training in the kitchen. In conclusion, our visit to The Finn was a disappointment. What should have been a joyous birthday lunch turned into an exercise in frustration and dissatisfaction. It's evident that there are significant issues that need addressing, particularly regarding staff training and menu transparency. While the restaurant does boast some positives, such as a great view as reported by others, these attributes were overshadowed by our negative experiences. I hope The Finn takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary changes. Every customer deserves a dining experience that not only meets but exceeds their expectations. For now, I'm afraid I can only rate The Finn two stars out of five due only because of our company and the laughs about it all. Here's to hoping for better in the future for them but I guess after Chef Richard left it all went down Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Great service. Not the usual fare. The steak and appetizers had the Indian flavoring of cumin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The Finn restaurant is part of the Touchmart Senior Living Resort. It is open to the public for lunch and dinner service. The food menu is season as well as have staples such as the bison burger and fresh grilled fish entrée. They have a very nice selection of wines, beer and spirits. The residence come to have their meals if they are on their meal program. I have friends who live there and had been invited to have dinner with my father in one of their private dining areas. The food is always fresh and hot/cold depending on the meal, the wine is solid choices of mid-range vineyards. If you are looking for a special place to have lunch with a friend or a gathering with family/friends, the Finn will make sure your experience is top notch from beginning to end. Their are plenty of different seating areas to choose from, if you want indoor dining there are several areas of privacy and open floor plans. The outside balcony overlooks the mountains and has an outdoor kitchen for special events. I would of had pictures of my delicious bison burger, but it looked so good I ate it before I remembered to do so. Also, if you are looking for really crispy sweet potato fries, this place knows how to make them. No soggy, flimsy fries....crispy and snappy. Service Dine in
This could possibly be the best fine dining restaurant in Prescott. We had Sunday brunch, and dinner, which were beyond expectations. The location is superb, with city views. We met very friendly servers who were so much helpful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
