A very nice waterfront restaurant, driven by a lady with a lot of local social engagement. I only had one meal here, the grilled lobster, that was great. The Rum Punch was having an extra twist which I liked a lot. Lovely service and an amazingly talented steel drum player really made the evening magic. OMG... Last night here and we found the gem... The staff was super nice. The mom-and-daughter management/owners....beyond friendly. Took their time to teach us about so much...including bread fruit. Looking for true island flavor and atmosphere then this is it. Wish we found it earlier. Food quality and flavor rocked our socks! My wife and my kid had the best time watching the sunset. Amazing place to eat, drink, read, listen to live music,... Friendly staff, lovely owners, very welcoming 🥰 We went there several times. Vegetarian diner is excellent, mini pizza 8'' perfect for our children, fish is well prepared. Cocktails are excellent and prices are correct. One of the best view. There is a dinghy dock very close. We'll definitely come back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were very disappointed by the service here, which went against every review I read before choosing to dine. It took us 2 hours to get any food, we ended up cancelling our starter and nearly left without waiting for our mains after the 2 hours had passed. The food was good but not worth the wait. Several other diners asked for the bill without receiving food due to the wait as well. I really hope this was down to a bad day because it would be a shame otherwise given the lovely setting and local dishes on offer. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
We found an incredible gem on Bequia. Ms. Johnson has a space that is warm, delicious, fun, and memorable. The view of the ocean is priceless. One night we got to see the sunset while an artist was performing on his steel pans. I felt like I was in a movie and so grateful to have experienced such a magical moment. Then we sat down and enjoyed an incredible dinner. If you are a fan of fish, ORDER THE GRILLED FISH! You will not regret it. It is a thick cut of a juicy freshly caught grilled tuna. The service from everyone is EXCELLENT! I can keep going. Make sure you make a stop at the Fig Tree and create your own magic there. It is a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view. The grilled lobster was delicious. Flavourful, grilled to perfection, buttery and filling. The curied conch was also amazing. The live music was so wholesome and lovely. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Grilled Lobster

The fig tree is located on Bequia's famous promenade and offers a true Vincentian menu. It's a must see if you are ever so lucky to visit the island and here is how I rate it. Location One could not ask for a more accessible location. It's actually on the promenade and a short walk from the harbour. It is located in the middle of the tourist spot. Ambience You will be seated less than 5 metres from the sea front where you can take in the views of the ships as they sail by and the open plan space sets the tone for an experience straight out of a Hemingway novel. Food I have had the opportunity to eat at most of the restaurants on the island and I can honestly say, the Fig tree offers some of the best food on the island. Ask for the conch samosa or the tuna salad, you will not regret it. Price This is reasonably priced food that you will enjoy. While not quite within the reach of most locals, it's a price that you can live with. Service. Cheryl is the owner and spend her time ensuring that her guess are happy and well fed, the staff are always smiling and seem genuinely happy to work there. Conclusion. This is an experience that you will always remember. I guarantee that you will want to go back for more.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a seemingly overwhelmed waiter who tried to discourage us from staying without even realizing that we really wanted just drinks. The drinks were delivered in reasonable time but the mixed ones were quite unimpressive. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food was amazing and the drinks were refreshing. The best part of my visit was listening to violinist Samuel Toka. It was brilliant the way in which he smiled as he played. A couple was also celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and Samuel played a special song which was significant to htem. The level of customer service was impressive, as was the view from the restaurant. There were many fruit drinks available and it was difficult to select one. The owner of the restaurant, Cheryl, is lovely and makes a huge effort to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and lively. Ensure to bring a camera when you visit this place as the view is exquisite. I recommend this place 100%.
