Ok, this is a review( NOT FOR THE EATERY), but the food truck that is there it is NOT THE ORIGINAL- " TINGY, TINGY" They kept the name and the concept, but the food is not bad, but it isn't what most people think it is or was. They should change name just because it was a hit, back then by its original owners, (Which Is NOT! Now they are different Owners). but the food here lacks taste and cheese and is extremely greasy. And way way way hyped up in prices for the 4 birria (brisket meat) and no cheese look at pics ladies and gentlemen, it's up to you to pay for that. I certainly won't again. And more so you can't write a review because there is no such name as Tingy they are officially closed. So changed the taste kept the so-called concept, but it isn't what I should be. It is not worth the price. and for a bonus, there is NO DRINK to that 4 tacos it shouldn't even be called a Combo. The good overall is okay and the atmosphere is friendly but the average prices are abhorrent. The quality and variety of the food and the overall accessibility and parking don’t add up to all the hype and general experience.
Overall experience of the atmosphere I give it a 10 the drinks the music again the atmosphere the open markets all great………however the Seafood spot (The Bag), Crab and Shrimp really good but the potatoes are to hard or not cooked fully, the sausage had no flavor, the crawfish was to little and not a good add on as a suggestion or very tasteful. Also the person that runs the food truck has a very distasteful and disrespectful attitude with customers that are buying from his truck that is the reason why I gave the food truck itself a 1 ⭐️ For poor customer service and food quality.
Ate at Ninos, and it was very delicious! I got to try their lunch special they were all delicious. 10/10 would definitely eat here again to try the other variety! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
Well this turned out to be a bust. I told a friend of mine that I wanted to try Gallo negro and she sent me this. She said it was about 97 degrees that day and the chicken was there for more than 45 minutes. She witnessed workers coming in in out of the food truck even the owner and chicken was never moved. I have posted a picture of the owner running the business and he also runs another food truck called Ninos in the same food park. If he keeps up these food practices he is gonna end up getting someone really sick.

I love this place. There’s a food truck named t-ghost bbq there food is soooo bad it made my kid throw up. T-ghost bbq made my wife sick. Tio chinos is better, and there’s a food truck named sams place, he is so cool and kind he has the best deals for low budget prices. Music is awesome here they have a movie night on Wednesday. So yea DONT go to t-Ghost bbq I just ate it 10 minutes ago and it is horrible and he parks his truck wrong once he almost hit my truck. Stereo was a bit loud. The food court was half open on a Friday as well on Saturday. Good food though cool spot to hang in groups Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
It was a really neat spot that we will be going back to for sure! There was live music and a few food trucks with some different options. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. I was a little disappointed that 3 of the food trucks were closed (seemed a little odd on a Friday at 7 pm) but hope they will all be open during our next visit! My one suggestion would be to add lids to the trash cans because napkins were flying everywhere. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Great place to hang out. Roughly once a month vendors set up shop in and around the eatery. Food trucks are filled with variety. Pizza, BBQ, Burgers, Tacos, Specialty Coffee/Tea and desserts. Outdoor seating and live music around 7:30 pm into the late evening. Update: Vendor events seem to happen a bit more frequently now. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

It's not all the hype that they give it , is it an OK place yes to chill but not to eat some of the food trucks are way over priced for the what they give you. We ordered a burger that literally had no flavor to it , not to mention that some of the drinks are over priced like I get it you want to stay in business but not when you're over pricing things.
